Westside rivers are all out of shape.
Maybe not today, not tomorrow, but this spring for sure. They have a bunch of snow lying in wait, in those hills, in those mountains.
Lots.
So the Mo will once again absorb the pressure from across the state.
Displacement is the proper term. Whether regulation, restrictions, or plainly too much water. The Missouri gets hit the hardest.
Will that ever change? Ohh, maybe. But not in the near or even some what distant future. No restrictions or regulations on the FWP radar.
