The Headhunter Staff

What makes Headhunters work has nothing to do with our great products, cool websites, or even our killer location on the Missouri River. It's our dedicated staff, all of whom are fanatic anglers and committed to customer service.

Sara Roholt

Sara is one of our most valuable employees and one of the most avid anglers on the Missouri. Aside from the occasional stop in Izaaks or Joes to wet her whistle, Sara can be found either in the store or on the water. If she has an hour to fish, she'll take advantage. Sara is our retail manager, and can help you with all arrangements when it comes to guiding or lodging.

Julie Arnold

"The Brains" as Mark calls her is our CPU. Julie handles bookings and accounting, as well as running the retail side of things with Sara. If you need help with lodging, special orders, online sales or anything else, Julie is the one to talk to. It's rare that you won't find her somewhere around the property if she's not in the store. Julie is an avid angler and former guide. When she's not working, she and Johna re raisling there daughter Adair.

Ben McNinch

Ben grew up fishing and hunting on Michgan's UP, and last season was his first at Headhunters. Ben handles sales and bookings at Headhunters, and maintains our fly bins like they were his own. If you have any questions about fly patterns, he the man to talk to. Ben is and expert fly tier and can be found testing his own patterns on the Missouri when he's not at work.

John Arnold

John has been working in the fly fishing industry for well over 20 years, and has guided all over Montana, Idaho and Washington. John acts as the general manager at Headhunters, and along with Mark does most of the buying. As Headhunters webmaster and videographer, John spends more time than he would like in front of the computer these days, but still manages to get out on the river.

Mark Raisler

Mark acts as Headhunters photographer, humorist and blogger. When Mark isn't out on the river guiding, you can find him sharing his thoughts about life and fishing on our blog, the Headhunter. Along with John, Mark acts as a buyer for Headhunters. Mark has been working and guiding on the Missouri for over 15 years, and there isn't much he doesn't know about the area.
