Closed Saturday October 24th

Lots and lots of snow will make travel difficult tomorrow. Headhunters Fly Shop CLOSED SATURDAY October 24th.

Yep. Powder Day in Craiglandia.

We will be open late Sunday morning if the conditions are right for safe employee and angler travel. Certainly call the shop and check in with us 406-235-3447 if you are headed down or up, or sideways.

All of our guide trips this weekend have opted out choosing to reschedule for a later date in October or November.

We have 2 1/2 great months of fishing ahead focussing on the dry fly and the two handed trout swing game. We will get back to it after this storm passes through.

Enjoy your weekend if it is snowing where you reside. Or not. Lots of indoor activities to get after…fly tying, line cleaning, fly box organization, practice casting, garage cleaning, football watching, drinking, World Series cheering, absentee ballot voting…

A heads up on Election Day here in Craig as well. We will be closed November 3rd this year so you, us, and we can all get out there and vote. Come fish afterwords…it should be a quiet day on the river.
