    Hi, Derek

  • Hey guys,

Glad to see you are still in need of highly qualified help. COVID and a few other incidentals have prevented me from offering my services in last couple years, but I am ready for a full court commitment in 2023. I know I had some difficult limitations to my hiring in the past, but I think you’ll find my current status more advantageous.

In regards to your list of requirements, I have you covered!!!!!!

Ability to learn – Check – even in writing
    Clean driving record/insurable – Check Haven’t been in a wreck since I was 18
Basic knowledge of computer skills including professional business email protocol, modern point of sale systems, friendly customer service interactions, Check – 20+ years in the computer business
Knowledge of modern fly fishing products including rods, reels, lines, and flies. Check – at least in the last 40 years
40 hr work week. Ahh – couple modifications there: As the years pass I am not so inclined to fish both the morning and evening hatch on the same day. So I am available in the morning to work anytime after my alarm goes off, as long as I remember to set it. But hey, what’s the rush anyway. Afternoon/evening hatch would still require my presence. I’m sure we can work out a “flex” schedule. It’s the new way of doing things, right?
Strong self starter – Check – never without my trusty windup alarm clock. No need for power or internet connection
Enjoy speaking with customers about trout fishing – Check – maybe a little too much

Let me know if I can help. If you need a resume, I’ll cook one up for you. Kinda like the books.

    Best regards, Sal
