Mask Mandate Continues at Headhunters Fly Shop
As we move into the New Year Headhunter Fly Shop is updating you on our Mask/Face Covering Policy.
John and I have decided to keep a mask mandate in effect for the foreseeable future. The State of Montana may change the mask mandate shortly as the 2021 Montana Legislative Session begins tomorrow with Governor Gianforte taking the reins. We wanted to outline what our policy is to be clear to all customers.
We believe keeping our staff and their families healthy is our #1 priority. It has been proven that if all parties wear face coverings that the risk of infection is significantly reduced.
Guests of Headhunters Fly Shop must wear a face mask that covers their mouth and nose at all times. Individuals who are unable to wear a face mask due to a medical condition must wear a face shield.
The use of a face covering should not be seen as a substitute for social distancing. Headhunters is a small store. We will continue to keep the store population down to about 6 people int he store at any one time.
Those who have medical issues that do not allow face masks, or those who do not feel the need to wear a face mask can use our TakeAway Window located on the west side of the shop. Here you can get flies, shuttles, rental gear, and fishing licenses without coming into the store.
The TakeAway Window is available for any Headhunters customer at anytime we are open.
Our shuttle staff will continue to wear protection as we shuttle your vehicles. The mask will be worn in our guide vehicles to from the river.
Our housekeepers have and will continue to wear face masks.
We understand that the state may change the mask policy soon. We do not take this decision lightly. Our priority is to keep you and ourselves safe and healthy.
Headhunters provides free masks at the door if you have forgotten yours or have left it in the car. Hand Sanitizer located at the front door, at the TakeAway Window, and inside the store.
