Missouri River Fishing Report Mid September

All good fishing Montana’s Missouri River with water temps headed the correct direction currently 63F. Water flows coming in nicely higher that the summer flows at 3800cfs

Some Callebaetis out there. Quite a few hold out Trico’s. A few Autumn caddis tannish sz 16.

Sow bugs are king. Smaller mayfly. nymphs in brown or olive or black. Medium dpoeth for many. Skinny for others.

A few on the hopper or big attractor.

Strippers coming into their own. Leeches rule.

Getting better every day.
