We come out of the sub-zero temps as we move into the week ahead. Snow and cooler water temps will slow you, and the trout, down a bit. Locally we hardly crawl out of winter temps until next Friday. Tuesday looks OK with overcast skies and temps above 32F. Pray for light winds!
