Caddis showing somewhat, but on the way out, the Mo Day Caddis. June will bring more as we get truly into the dry fly season.
BWO's still red hot.
Midges daily.
March Browns, say goodnight. Although there are some last minute micro local events.
PMD nymphs in the water column. Stock up on Frenchie’s today! Caddis pupa looking good too. Things about to pop. See some PMD daily. Will it get rolling full speed before the historic emergence 2nd week of June? Maybe?
Nymphers like 5’-6’' to split with less sow and more mayfly. Afternoons adjust accordingly to the insect movement. Mayflies with caddis waxing along with the standard issue tailwater fare will get it done.
Fishing is very good this spring and if you are not bangin' 'em up you are not in the correct water or depth.
The Dry Fly Gang is small, but they are finding enough throughout the week to smile about.
